Your Doula Package

This package offers the most popular standard Birth Doula services

  • Consultation: 30 minutes

  • 2 prenatal visits: 1-2 hours per visit

  • 24/7 on-call Phone and Text support starting at 38 weeks

  • In person support through labor, birth, and the initial postpartum period (1.5-2 hrs. following birth)

  • 1 postpartum follow-up: 1-2 hour visit

Pregnancy Yoga

Before Baby Wellness and Beyond Package

Healthy nutrition and overall wellness is crucial before, during, and after pregnancy for the health of baby and momma. This package will give guidance for all things health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness with a holistic approach.

  • This package is customized to focus on Before Pregnancy, During Pregnancy, and Postpartum depending where you are at.

  • Includes resources, templates, and guides

  • I will guide you one on one and answer any questions you have

  • Options on length of package:

    • 3 months

    • 6 months

    • 9months

Virtual Doula Package

Virtual services have been added to ensure clients still have a Doula at her side during birth even if it is only on a screen.

This package includes everything the Standard Doula Package comes with, only through the Zoom application.

Starting at $40 per hour

You can add on these services to your Doula Package. Customize to fit your needs.

  • Prenatal Visits: additional guidance in your birth plan, labor positions, and getting ready for baby

  • Postpartum Visits: additional guidance for after baby has arrived, household chores, holding baby while mom sleeps, talking through your birth

  • Wellness Package: Nutrition, Exercise, Self-Care, etc. Before, During, and After Pregnancy
